  • -Bright, typically feminine use of pink.

  • - Smiling celebrity teen idol showing a glamorous sense of happiness

  • - Lots of eye catching short bold statements to draw the eye in.

  • - Key indication that the magazine provides more than moneys worth with all the infoRmation of whats inside. (very busy)

  • - Mature font appealing to the more sophisticqated girl, just like the name.

- Colloquial language to draw attention such as 'hot'.










Kerrang



- Dark background contrasts the bright writing.

Pictures and writing informs what the magazine will contain.

- 'Greatest Gigs' alliteration makes it appealing to read.

- Free magazines entice the reader to buy the magazine.

- The well-known rocker on the front shows enjoyment and deep involvement with music, linking to what properties the magazine embodies.
